'Regardless of quality' lol, what are you on? This is great!
You got the very best out of limited manpower and played your strenghts.
I love the sketchy style of drawing the characters, it gives them a nervous feel that matches the action.
And the 'camera work' is very cool too, it feels more cinematic than cartoony. It's bold and I think it's rarely done, at least in western animation.
I'm a bit wary about leaving criticism since you're obviously a more accomplished animator than I am, but you asked for it,
so as a viewer the use of mostly close shots can feel a bit claustrophobic and make the action messier. (but then again it really matches the vibe so..)
Since the characters use the same colours, and they're not detailed, when their defining characteristics (like the hair) are not in shot, it's not evident who is who.
(ex: at 4:26, the closeup of the gun. Since the side-a dude used the same type of gun, I wondered for a second who was holding it.)
i think in term of clarity it can be better to assume your viewer is a dumb five-year-old on shrooms, and if you prepare for that it might be legible enough for most people lol.
then again i m just some dude on the internet, don't take this too seriously.
But yeah, your stuff is original, it has style, it's good, make more
